Sabrefish Limited (“Sabrefish”), eInsurance specialists, announced today that it has acquired Salmon Limited’s (“Salmon”) insurance business, including RiskWrite software and staff.
Sabrefish is a specialist software developer and systems integrator providing enterprise software products, managed services and systems development and integration to the global insurance industry.
Commenting on the news, Chris Harvey, CEO of Sabrefish said, “The acquisition of Salmon’s insurance business marks an exciting new chapter in the development of RiskWrite. This follows on from last year’s announcements of major new features in RiskWrite Enterprise Version 3 and the launch of RiskWrite Managed Service aimed at intermediaries and smaller carriers.”
He added “The move to Sabrefish allows existing RiskWrite clients to receive increased focus from an eInsurance specialist. We are confident that RiskWrite has an exciting future and are looking forward to growing the business both in the UK and globally.”
